Sponsorship Opportunities - I.C.E. Awards

The Impeccable Customer Experience Awards show recognizes 10 businesses that have raised the bar of hospitality, and 10 individuals excelling in customer service. Along with these individual awards, a People’s Choice award goes to a business that the audience recognizes for world-class service.

Sponsors of this high-profile event receive extensive media coverage, including radio, television and print. Don’t miss out on the event of the year! The following sponsorship are available for the Feb. 21, 2008 I.C.E. Awards.

Sapphire Sponsorship

• The Sapphire sponsor’s logo will be included on all promotional materials including invitations, Grand Strander articles, registration forms, etc.

• The Sapphire sponsor’s logo and link will be placed on MyrtleBeachAreaChamber.com in the I.C.E. Awards area of the site.

• The Sapphire sponsor will be a part of all publicity prior to and during the event.

Amethyst Sponsorship

Emerald Sponsorship

Ruby Sponsorship

• The Ruby sponsor’s logo will be included on all on-site materials including the program book
• The Ruby sponsor’s logo and link will be placed on MyrtleBeachAreaChamber.com in the I.C.E. Awards area of the site.
• The Ruby sponsor’s business name will be shown at the I.C.E. Awards on two large screens on each side of the theatre stage.
• The Ruby sponsor will have a one half page ad in the program book.
• The Ruby sponsor will be a part of all publicity prior to and during the event.
• Eight seats will be provided to the Ruby sponsor,
• A list of attendees to the I.C.E. Awards will be provided to the Ruby sponsor following the event.
• The chamber will handle all promotion and on-site logistics for the event. 
• Ruby sponsorship Cost - $7,000
• This Ruby sponsorship is open to three organizations only.

Media Sponsorship

• No limit on the number of Media sponsors. 
• Media sponsorship Cost - $7,000 in kind

Presenting Sponsorship

• Recognition in the scripting as the Presenting sponsor of the awards
• The Presenting sponsor will have the ability to address gala crowd of an estimated 500+ attendees for five minutes.
• The Presenting sponsor will be allowed to have at least 2 signs at the event.
• The Presenting sponsor’s logo will be included on all promotional materials including invitations, Grand Strander articles, registration forms, etc.
• The Presenting sponsor’s logo will be included on all on-site materials including the program book
• The Presenting sponsor’s logo and link will be placed on MyrtleBeachAreaChamber.com in the I.C.E. Awards area of the site.
• The Presenting sponsor’s 30 second commercial will be shown at the I.C.E. Awards on the large screen during the event.
• The Presenting sponsor's name and logo will appear on the cover of the program book recognizing them as Presenting sponsor.
• The Presenting sponsor will have a one page ad in the program book.
• The Presenting sponsor will be a part of all publicity prior to and during the event.
• Fifteen tickets to the event will be provided to the Presenting sponsor.
• A list of attendees to the I.C.E. Awards will be provided to the Presenting sponsor following the event.
• Free MBACC Membership for the next calendar year beginning immediately to the Presenting sponsor
• Free booth space for all four Expos (North Strand Expo, South Strand Expo, Myrtle Beach Expo and Celebration Expo) to the Presenting sponsor
• The chamber will handle all promotion and on-site logistics for the event.
• Presenting Sponsorship Cost - $15,000
• This Presenting sponsorship is open to one organization only.
